The Oppenheimer strategy chief goes on to outline his view of the right investment stance given current conditions, saying, "We continue to favor equities in the current transitionary environment…. We persist in favoring information technology and cyclicals over defensive sectors as well as exposure across large, mid and small capitalizations. " Keeping that in mind, we're taking a look at two stocks recommended by some of Oppenheimer's top analysts. Those days have gone and expect to have managers bully you to get the job done, after all if you don't do it they have to. Its a great job if you don't mind the physical walking up to 12 miles+ a day if you are young or a student. But NOT a CAREER. There turnover is high for part timers and the full timers have it much easier, witch is not fair. Cons unexpected hrs overworked and bullying Postman (Former Employee) - Rural delivery staff. - July 13, 2019 Shocking management culture, bullying and intimidation. Externally recruited managers never done a delivery, but still tell you how to work. Staff treated like school children. No customer service anymore. You are tracked by means of your PDA, and timed to see how long you're stationary, not allowed to chat to your customers anymore, Left after over 20 years. Cons Managers don't listen to any concerns you might have. Early starts, cold weather but get out get your job done and get home, from what I hear since it's been privatised it's a bit harder the rounds are longer but when I worked there I had no complaints Fast paced life just get on with the job at the time the job was good I paid my bill went to college no complaints.

Possibly or could it be Yaklich got word from Warde that he's not even going to be interviewed and is looking elsewhere? Haven't been following every snippet on coaching search, so I could be way off on this take. vanarbor

I think Michigan has 100% something to do with this. This honestly is probably a better indicator that something is happening between Shaka and Michigan than it is the other way around

Yes, there are discussions and now Shaka is making a brilliant power play. The viability of his competitors for the Michigan job probably depends on keeping Yak (*cough* Howard *cough*) so he's taking an axe to that crutch on which the other candidates might be standing. Also, of course he's interviewing Yak. The guy is a rising star. If another college coach did the Jim Harbaugh thing and just looked at good defenses and saw, wait, a John Beilein coached team is top 5 defense? How? Oh, the DC that made Illinois State the 16th best D in the country has been there for two years - by far the best two years of defense in John Beilein's career.
What do I write? We focus our feedback on 5 main areas: A clear decision — "Hire" or "No Hire": Writing feedback forces us to make a clear decision on a candidate. There shouldn't be a maybe, and a soft yes or no should be an exception, not the rule. If you "maybe" want to hire someone that's a sign. Push yourself to a clear point of view and decision and write your decision clearly on the first line of the interview feedback for each session — "Hire" or "No hire. " Summary of decision: Provide a concise summary of your decision rationale directly after the decision at the top of the interview scorecard. Example: "Hire — [Candidate] was a clear communicator, demonstrated rigorous design and problem-solving process that included research and analytics, collaborated closely with their team, and shipped several successful projects. " A first person description of your experience with the candidate: Next, write a sentence or short paragraph in plain first-person language about your experience with the candidate.
